Responsibilities: International Tax Lead Analyst International Tax Lead Analyst Global Management Consulting firm and worldwide leader in business strategy consulting is currently searching for an International Tax Lead Analyst. The International tax function is based primarily here in Boston and acts as an integral part of the global finance team. The firm's international presence requires compliance with tax laws in over 40 different countries. Given these complexities and variations, effective tax planning is highly valued within the firm. The ideal candidate will have strong international tax knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds. Candidates should be comfortable interacting in a fast-paced, global environment. Responsibilities will vary depending on the needs of the broader team but will focus around leading on tax matters and tax planning for a set of geographies. In addition: -Overall risk management for a set of geographies - Analysis of E-and-amp;P and tax pools, as well as cash repatriation planning -Review -and-amp; maintain restructurings already implemented -Work with global controllers on all above areas and other operational matters as needed -Foreign tax credit planning, repatriation planning -Monitoring of permanent establishment risks -Documentation and implementation for transfer pricing -Preparation of foreign tax credit calculations (Form 1118) Project based work could include: -New office openings - working with cross-functional teams on initial due diligence and risk assessment -Local tax audits -Legal entity restructuring initiatives Requirements: -4-7 years of strong tax experience (either in Big Four, public accounting or in a large multinational environment) -CPA strongly preferred -Excellent analytical skills -Strong communication skills both written and verbal, ability to interact effectively in a global environment -Strong tax researching abilities -Prior experience with E-and-amp;P, Subpart F, and FTC rules and calculations, preferred -Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task Please send resumes to [click on "Apply Online" button] for immediate consideration.
